Hereford

From Herefordshire

Herefords have a red coat and a white face. The breed was developed in Herefordshire, in the west of England, in the eighteenth century.

It is now one of the most widely kept beef breeds in the world. Herefords are quiet, hardy cattle, and they do well on grass without much else.

At Summerhill

Kept purebred and out on grass for most of the year. Mark Williams picks each animal himself.
